- 🇦🇪 UAE VAT Ready
- Corporate Tax Ready
- Zoho One
- WPS Ready
Start Connected.
Scale Without Rebuilding.
We set up Zoho One for UAE startups and growing SMEs as one connected system from the start: sales, accounts, HR and support sharing the same customers, the same data and a single login, instead of four tools that never learn to talk to each other.
- VAT Registration Ready
- Corporate Tax Ready Books
- WPS Payroll Ready
- FTA-Ready Accounts
- One Login Across Every App
The Tool Sprawl Trap
Most young companies add a new app for every new problem. A year later, nothing talks to anything.
Four Tools, No Single Customer
Leads in one app, invoices in another, support in a shared inbox. Nobody sees the whole customer, and every report starts with an export.
Compliance Arrives Before You Are Ready
Crossing the AED 375,000 VAT threshold, registering for corporate tax, running WPS for your first hires. Each one lands while you are busy selling.
Rebuilding at Every Stage
The spreadsheet that worked for five customers breaks at fifty. Every migration to a new tool costs weeks and loses history.
Subscription Creep
Separate per-user licences for CRM, accounting, HR and helpdesk add up fast, and none of them share data with the others.
The Zoho Starter Stack
The four pieces most young UAE businesses need first, set up to grow into the rest of Zoho One.
Zoho One
The whole Zoho suite under one subscription and one login, administered from a single console as your team grows.
Zoho CRM
Lead capture from your website and social channels, with automated assignment and follow-up from the very first enquiry.
Zoho Books
VAT-ready invoicing, bank feeds and a chart of accounts structured for corporate tax from the first transaction.
Zoho People
Employee records, leave and attendance in place before your first hire, ready to feed WPS payroll.
Implementation Methodology
Short and focused, so the system is ready before the next stage of growth arrives.

FAQ
Questions UAE startups and SMEs ask us
When do we need to register for VAT?
Registration is mandatory once your taxable supplies exceed AED 375,000 over the past 12 months, or are expected to within the next 30 days. You can register voluntarily from AED 187,500.
Do we need to register for corporate tax?
Yes, even if no tax is due. Corporate tax is 0% on taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% above it, and Small Business Relief is available to businesses with revenue of up to AED 3 million for tax periods ending by 31 December 2026.
Why Zoho One instead of separate apps?
Zoho One covers sales, finance, HR and support under one subscription and one login, and the apps share the same customer and employee records, so you are not paying for, or reconciling, separate tools. You can start with a few apps and switch on more as you grow.
Does UAE eInvoicing apply to small businesses?
Yes. It applies to business transactions whatever your size or VAT status. If you are not registered for any tax, you register with the FTA for a Tax Identification Number. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Businesses below that appoint one by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027.
How quickly can we be up and running?
Usually three to five weeks: a one or two day workshop, two to four weeks of configuration, then a week of training and go-live.
